Every RJ Collective artwork is carefully packaged and handled with the same attention to detail that goes into its creation. Whether you’re purchasing an available piece or commissioning something bespoke, I take great care to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and beautifully presented.
Delivery
All artworks are shipped from my Oxfordshire Studio using trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, or FedEx – selected by me based on the size, value and insurance requirements of each piece. The most appropriate and secure option will always be chosen to protect your investment.
- Free UK Mainland Shipping is available on all orders over £250
- Standard shipping costs for Available Artworks are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the size and weight of the parcel
- For Commissioned Artwork, a shipping estimate will be included within your quotation. This estimate is based on the artwork dimensions and expected weight, and may be reviewed if material requirements or size change during the creative process.
- All artworks are fully insured in transit and require a signature upon delivery.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.
Collection
If you prefer, you can collect your artwork direct from my private home address. Collection can be arranged at a mutually convenient time and date, and the full address will be provided once your artwork is ready for pickup.
Collectors are welcome to combine collections if you have placed multiple orders, we can hold artwork until all orders are complete and ready for collection.
Please note that RJ Collective does not currently offer in-person studio visits.

Packaging
Every artwork is securely wrapped using archival and recycled materials, balancing presentation quality with sustainability.
Where possible, I reuse boxes and , recycled wool padding, and bubble wrap to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the highest level of protection.
All packages are clearly marked as Fragile to ensure careful handling in transit.
International Delivery
International shipping may be available on request. If you are outside of mainland UK, please contact me directly before purchasing or commissioning an artwork so I can confirm delivery options, timescales and insurance coverage.
