Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website, whether you are buying a ready-to-ship artwork or commissioning a bespoke piece from RJ Collective, part of NUC Collective Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).


By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1 Purchasing Available Artwork

  1. All artworks listed in our Shop area and marked as Available Artworks are available for immediate purchase.
  2. Colours shown online may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  3. Full payment is required at checkout. Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
  4. Ownership of the artwork transfers once full payment has been received. Copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2 Commissioned Artwork

  1. Each commission begins with an agreed brief, quotation and deposit payment.
  2. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as materials are ordered and studio time allocated.
  3. Any major changes to the agreed brief after work has started may incur additional costs, which will be confirmed in writing.
  4. The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch or collection of the completed artwork.
  5. All commissioned pieces remain the intellectual property of the artist, who retains the right to reproduce images for portfolio, social media, or exhibition use (crediting you as the collector unless anonymity is requested).

3 Delivery

Delivery details, timescales and costs are outlined in our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy.
International shipping can be arranged on request and will be quoted separately.

4 Cancellations & Returns

  1. For available artworks, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return in line with UK consumer regulations.
  2. Commissions and customised orders are exempt from automatic right of return once work has begun, but any concerns will always be handled fairly and personally.
  3. If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so that we can assist with a repair, replacement, or claim.

5 Pricing & Payments

  1. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Payment is accepted through the secure checkout system provided on this site or via invoice for commissions.
  3. We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct typographical errors at any time.

6 Copyright & Reproduction

All artworks, images and text on this site remain the intellectual property of RJ Collective / Rebecca-Jayne Rowe unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No reproduction, printing or resale is permitted without written consent.

7 Liability

While every effort is made to describe and photograph artworks accurately, we are not liable for minor variations in colour or finish.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the artwork in question.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
